Eucalyptus Radiata (Botanical Name: Eucalyptus Radiata) is one of six different types of eucalyptus essential oil available on the market. Sometimes referred to as "narrow-leaved peppermint gum" it's the mildest form of eucalyptus essential oil, but its high 1,8-cineole content makes it a powerful oil for addressing a variety of upper respiratory issues associated with the common cold, allergies, asthma, bronchitis, flu, sinus problems, and throat infections. Most often used as a decongestant, it also helps to clear the mind by increasing the oxygen supply to the body's cells. When diffused or sprayed into the air it can be very effective at killing airborne bacteria including staphylococci. With its camphorous scent, it combines well with oils like Rosemary, Peppermint, Cedarwood, and other tree oils (Pine, Fir and Spruce). Safe for pregnant women. Country of Origin: Australia
